Longer than usual wait due to being short staffed. But food was very good.
The manager is always trying to take care of you. Can't say the same for the cashier's. Food the decent.

90% of the time the experience has been great here - love the food and the company uses good ingredients, they are very outspoken about this which I appreciate. The cost is good for the quality, especially if you don't buy a lot.
Great meat. Prices are rising and portions are smaller. Clean. Awesome side options to make your barbecue outstanding! The drive-thru person doesn't know how to ring up orders, and there prices are way too much.
