Horrible service. Very unprofessional. If you love your dogs, do NOT take your dog here. My grandmother took her baby to get groomed here and was told to pick her up at 3. At 3 my grandmother came to pick her up and the place was completely closed. After several hours of my grandmother waiting outside and trying to get in contact with summer (and summer did not answer her phone after SEVERAL calls!) The owner finally showed up and let my grandmother in to get her dog at around 5:30-6. Her dog was inside of a tiny cage, UNGROOMED, no water and no food and very hot. Summer happened to show up as she was leaving and offered to groom her real fast. My grandmother didn't end up getting home until close to 8. She was very upset and this is something that should not have happened. They will never get our service or any one else that I know if I can help it. Rediculous.
Had appointment at 10 am thus morning it is 10:18 and they still are not there. Wrong way to run a business. Friends told me they are always late.
Have been here many times but....this past time it seemed to take an unusually long time for my dog to be ready. I understand being busy, but don't take on more than you can handle! I would have waited! Finally I get told to get my dog 7:30 or so. From the time I left my house (5min away) until I got there -my dog went out the front door, unobserved except by some guy in the parking lot (who did nothing) and has still not been found! My 9 year old schnauzer mutt is missing for over a week now despite rewards, half the town looking, flyers, etc! Debating what to do next. No one should go through this heartbreak because of negligence!
