I arrived in Littlefield for Thanksgiving vacation when I discovered that I had left my blood pressure medicine at home. I use an uncommon brand, and I was disheartened to hear that the Levelland store didn't carry it. A pharmacy tech or clerk named BRANDON took it from there. He not only called the other pharmacies in Levelland, he also called all of the CVS stores in Lubbock, all to no avail. He then started calling other brand pharmacies throughout Lubbock and finally found my prescription brand at a major competitor's store. BRANDON went on to ensure that my insurance would cover the prescription and made arrangements for my niece to pick it up. Congratulations, Levelland CVS -- Brandon is a credit to your organization and a leader in customer service.
