After she was: who is gonna stay with you?
After i came to my room, I tried to call like 2 times to ask for password for wi-fi, again she didn't answer on the phone .
In that time the phone called like 3 time,she didn't answer
I asked: what you mean?
Very clean and nice hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Would stay again and recommend this hotel.

Favor for management: guys, the hotel is very nice but this lady destroys reputation for the hotel.
The hotel is 5 stars, but the staff is 0, I think not all of them.
The rooms are huge. Mine had 2 KING beds and there was still room to move. The bathroom is big and well equipped. The entire Inn was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was large and the hot food was hot. I would stay here again if in Levelland.
I came to the hotel because i had an reservation.
The black lady is rude, lazy and probably she don't know her job.

Small town Levelland with big city hotel feel. This hotel is clean, the staff is super friendly and the rooms jave everything you need.
Most of the hotel reeks of smoke. We stayed in a "smoke free" room and the hallways were unbearable to walk down due to the smell of cigarettes. Our room lingered of smoke as well. Quite disgusting.
I was mad and i said check please the reservation because there is all the information.
